"This is a utility with great benefits but horrible upper management. To sum it up in 3 words: Hostile Work Environment! They say they 'value' everyone but your value is only in what you can do for them. Utility Director has severe anger issues and frequently yells at employees, there's no accountability because HR could care less. The utility is 'private government' so it's governed by a Board; my advice is that all upper management have 360 Peer reviews conducted."
