"While the managing attorney is a skilled litigator, he does not know how to run a law firm. He is constantly too busy to talk with the associates handling cases. There is NO diversity and the firm culture reflects it - all attorneys are white males and they do not take into account/take seriously what females in the office (particularly female attorneys) have to offer."
