"My job has changed to the point where I hardly recognize it. I spend only 1/3 of my day doing the job that I was hired to do. I feel that management is drawing at straws and not aligning the work correctly."

"I would confront issues and people head on. I would allow and encourage innovation. I would hire the brightest and the best, regardless of whether they were perceived as smarter or more sophisticated than me. A great leader surrounds him or herself with great people. I would also hire a more diverse workforce to draw from a greater talent pool."
