"Growing and learning everyday. I have one of the greatest bosses in the world. He makes everyone around him better both professional and personally."

What don't you like about working at Batesville Casket?

"Our product can be depressing. When sales are up I find it hard to celebrate because someone has lost the joy of life."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"They should be much more open with employees/sales reps. At a time where our business is being attacked by rising cremation, increased foreign competition and a sluggish death market (believe it or not) they have not eased employee fears with definitive plan for the future."
