"I worked for the company for a while and feel the industry is exciting and interesting. They are definitely a leader in the industry, locally. The people I worked with are helpful and good to be around. This company has been around for 20 + years and has great relationships with customers. It is a small business and has some of the pitfalls of a small business such as no profit sharing, no direct deposit and somewhat of an air of instability. Leadership doesn't offer up any appreciation for a job well done, but this is a manufacturing environment so you might expect that."
