"Take the people you place into position and allow them to use the skills that made you feel secure in placing them into that position. Micro managing is slowly killing the moral of the workforce."

"The fact the we seem to never learn from our mistakes. Changes in the process that could significantly reduce the headaches and enormous cost overruns are never addressed despite continual demand to provide a better product."

"Involve the people that have the experience and the knowledge in their selected fields in the decision making process."

"Meeting different types of people and the challenge of selling someone a product that they are doubtful or hesitant to purchase."

"Be positive and upbeat. I know people there that don't know a thing about the products that the store carries but they were hired because of their good attutudes."

"Being allocated to one area while I'm at work. I realize that we have to have organization within departments but I wouldn't mind working in other departments from time to time."

"I really wish that our management was more in tune with products that we carry. When I say that I don't mean knowing if we have a certain item. I mean to know how to use it, exactly what it is for and what it does. The same type of information that a customer would be asking."

"I love the outdoors and generally a great group of people to work with."

"It was always fast past. The changes in the work volume from one day to the other was extreme. You had to be prepared and all times to respond to the work load so that service to our customers was not impacted."

"Inventory levels at the distribution centers could be better. At times the inventory was very lean which led to a lot of crossdocking between facilities. This added days to the service to our stores."
