"I think my salary was very poor in light of the level of my responsibility. I litigated cases on behalf of clients largely independently. I did all research and writing for motions with little help or in put from my supervisor. I negotiated plea deals for my clients with little to no help from my supervising attorney in many cases. I felt like I was getting the results for clients that my supervising attorney and owner of the firm was getting all of the compensation for it. I understand this is typical for a first job as an attorney but it still is extremely frustrating."
