"Loved the community it had great parental support; was a middle/upper socioeconomic area in Georgia. Loved it!"

"Be involved in additional activities; like coaching, clubs, mentoring, and tutoring."

What don't you like about working at Paulding County School District?

"Class sizes were too large to manage effectively. This was due to lack of state funds due to it not receiving federal funds like a Title I School."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Use the power of the community to obtain grant monies to add teachers which will bring down class sizes, offering a better education for the whole of the school."
