"Too many wrong people in management positions. Poor sales leaders. When company owned by Montedison corp. they spent money like there was no tomorrow for all the wrong purposes. Company didn't even know their true costs for product mfg. Sold all exclusive product right away"
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Get costs back in line. Move out of Wilmington Del and go where the resin action is - Texas. Outdated plants will not help business. Customer demand down now, but Basell needs to respond correctly for next demand upturn"
