"There was not much work at the time I was in the phoenix office."

"I've worked here for 2 years. There's no room for advancing unless you play office politics. The compensation is good for the size of the company. General superintendents and senior superintendents don't care about mentoring or helping anyone lower than them. It's every man for himself at this company."

"Really great people across the board. The company does $3 billion annually but still feels like a family atmosphere. My only reason for leaving was due to personal circumstances and had that not been the case I wouldn’t ever leave."
