"Many ohio state employees and there seems to be a young person engineering nest that you have to break into"

What don't you like about working at The Bartech Group?

"I was a six month temp, and stayed just short of five years as the old boys were retired,..the group went from 35 persons to 7 persons."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Their managers are too young to manage properly in the welding department, al thought that was 7 years ago. The problem has probably corrected itself through management training."
