"I've worked at BarryU for over 10 years; the school is private and is led by a board. The leadership at Barry needs to be revamped, they don't value loyal employees. There hasn't been raises in 7 years and the company is falling deeper and deeper into a financial hole. The pay is disappointing: entry level is under 20k, Admin. and Coordinators make less than 30k, and Asst/Assoc Directors make less than 40K! It's a great school but, needs to be rebuilt from the top... immediately!"
