"I have worked with Barrett-Simpson Inc, for 9 years now. I feel like this has been a great company to work for. Private company, with a family environment. I have gained a lot of experience through this company. But over the years the company has become smaller, with less employees. Employees, now take on more work to make up for the loss of other employees. There is not any room for growth. Once one has a position in the office, you are stuck there for a long time."
