"BaronHR is a great company to work for if you want to get your foot in the recruiting world. They continue to grow year after year so room for advancement is high. It is still a start-up so you will have to wear plenty of hats but the job itself is very rewarding. It can be stressful at times especially during peak-seasons but it only makes your days go by a lot faster."
