"When it comes to strategic planning, you need to carefully evaluate the long term benefits of the new solution which guarantee a larger throughput rather than the quick fixes that are not carefully evaluated and need to be reworked in the long run."

"I liked the management and corporate leadership and direction we had. The investor, Barclays Capital, decided to pull out of the residential lending business and so we had no choice but to close. We had a good operation as far as the management was concerned."
