3.7 Barclays has been in cost cutting mode for way too long due to poor choices in the 2000s. Instead of investing in their employees, they spend hundreds of millions of dollars on contractors/consultants to fill gaps and be able to play with their accounting. By not doing the right thing, they are putting themselves in a tough place to succeed.

3.5 I joined Barclays in 2008 and successfully held 4 positions in the company. My most recent role before being laid off I completed working from home. I worked from home successfully for over 5 years with Barclays. One as to understanding they have a job to do and do successfully. Vendor Management work requires and taught me you to be on top of your game. Know your SHOP!! Working from home requires discipline and focus and the ability to want to succeed and not be forgotten (being remote). I enjoy working remotely and I am very responsive when needed

4.4 I have been working with Barclays from the last 2.5 years and I think it's a great company to work for. The project which I worked on has so much scope to perform and learn new skills. My Team and the Manager are friendly and very helpful. Overall, I enjoy my role and working with Barclays.
