What do you like about working at Bar Management Group?

"It was a fun job that improved my sales, networking, and customer service skills. It gave me the ability to meet very outgoing fun people. I gave me the sense of setting a sales goal and trying everything with in my means to reach that goal."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"A future interviewer should be truthful and realistic about his abilities. You should try and show the employer why you are a positive asset."

What don't you like about working at Bar Management Group?

"I did not like working every weekend. I did not like working in an industry that required me to work at times, 14 hour shifts. I didn't like not having benefits. I did not like the lack of security in the nightlife industry."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"I suggest that management treats there employees with respect. Management should prepare there employees for excellence. A manager is only as good as his employees. I feel like its easier to respect a manager who leads my example."
