What do you like about working at The Phoenician Resort?

"I enjoyed the people I worked with and the benefits package."

What don't you like about working at The Phoenician Resort?

"The wage for what we did and the amount of time we had to do it in a lot of the time is not enough. Also when training to get into other field, even with all my experience I could never get pass the application part, could never get another department head to call me for an interview. Was trying to get into some type of restaurant management position or just server position and even with all my experience never could."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"When they say after 6 months you can transfer to another position if you're qualified they should help more with the process or make sure hr helps more"
