I have been proud to tell people that I work for BOTW, especially since the company was the first major US bank to implement a green\restrictive fossil fuels policy. But I have seen my workload double in the last two years even as I did not get even a cost-of-living raise for the first time in my adult life. And IT still seems woefully understaffed, year after year."
