"I learned full cycle recruitment and generalist HR functions while at BOW which allowed me to be successul in the Agency environment. I had great relationships with my co-workers and we all learned from each other."

"Mangement needed to take a more modern look at their SOP's. I think with new training and better team management as well as career path development it would be a great place to work."
