"Upper management is too political. HQ depts basically work to create more work for frontline lending units. Never-ending reports and cash flow confirmations when it’s been done numerously. Burns, you out. All back-office depts do only what they’re supposed to do and toss the responsibilities to lenders."

Most of the work has little or zero efficiency because it’s 100% manual work. Using the latest technology to reduce the need to do everything manually would be critical."
