Banc of California Employee

"During my employment with Banc of California the company hired a new CEO and the direction of the company shifted significantly. When I joined the company the company goal was to build out their business banking department but with the change in management that focus shifted and became chaos. There soon became little understanding of what direction they wanted to go and how to achieve their goals which led to many employees leaving and others being let go as departments were being shut down."
