"I really enjoy the creativity that BRFS allows me to have as a merchandiser. I enjoy working with a lot of people. I really like the company policies and I like the high level managers."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"Go into the interview knowing about the customer. Gap Inc. is very customer oriented. They also require that you have retail experience or work from a sales associate to management in the store."

What don't you like about working at Banana Republic?

"I do not like the store structure for center manager centers, which is four assistant managers. There should be one associate manager and three assistant managers."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"I believe that higher management should visit the stores more often."
