"Be active and make sure they know you are willing to learn and grow. It's a small company, so people have to wear lots of hats and be open to expanding their job description."

"There was some slight butting of heads occasionally that got in the way of things operating smoothly, mostly between higher-ups."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Be clearer with communication. Lots of the problems that occurred happened because management was less diligent in informing us about changes in the day-to-day procedures."
"Lack of channel support from upper management is difficult when that is your passion."
