"I actually feel it was the best job I had ever had. The main issues were with me as I feel I over extend myself. The owner of the company is a great human being and is good to her employees. I wish I had never left."

"I felt I needed to give my all and worked really hard and regret my decision to leave. I look back and feel it was the best job I ever had. The owner deserves the loyalty of all her employees."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Embrace the ideals and the intent of what Paula seeks. Truey embracing her ideas and try to act as if she might personally review everything they do. Be happy, proud and humble."
