"Servicing the greater NYC metropolitan area, Balthazar is an outstanding bakery with great employees and even more impressive products. A bakery of this size is certainly a challenge to maintain, and they really stand out in this respect. It was a pleasure working for them, handling accounting for their wholesale and retail operations, but needed to move onto the next chapter of my life and pursue a career in web development."
