"It's only based on how well you can kiss upper management's butts to move up, not skill. Not any openings on 1st shift. So you have to work 2nd or 3rd forever and it is devastating on your home life. The abuse and disrespect is horribly bad on those shifts. I've never ever experienced any thing like it. 1st shift is treated like royalty. So if you're thinking about a career out there think again. I'm telling this so people know the truth. I would not recommend this company to anyone."
