"I worked for Balboa Waters as a temp for 2 weeks. In 2 weeks I was moved twice to a different desk. Not even permanent employees had their own desk or computer. Talking to their suppliers, it came to my attention that Balboa hires and fires or releases a lot of Buyer employees. From what I saw it's not a stable department. Management treats you less if you are a temp. Anywhere from HR to the person next to you."
