"Don't be fooled, this is a politically correct organization. You can't speak your mind. If you are innovative, you will get in trouble."

What don't you like about working at Baker College?

"Students expect to pass even if they don't know anything. Deans have a sense of self importance. Won't communicate with faculty. Too expensive, and the guarantee of a full time job for 98% of the graduates is a joke."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Replace the computer and technology Dean."

"It was term-based."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Management was great. They listened when any RA had an issue. The only we received was free room/board and free textbooks, which are great perks but for the work amount I believe the RA's should receive some other type of perk."

"Gear classes, training materials and career assets towards future growth fields - not just what is open today. Baker needed to grow towards the future and not stay satisfied with their past."
