"If hired, watch out for when BakBone hires your replacement for half your wages and then makes you train your 'assistant' before giving you the old heave-ho."

"Communication from managment to employees (others suffered worse fates than I due to two-facedness of certain managerial elements)"

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Don't overlook the skills and potential of employees. This is where BakBone failed me. Rather than nurturing and growing employees, bakbone seems to prefer a hot-swap method."
