"Impress them with your people skills, that's what seems to count there, more so than qualifications. I was told on occasion that culture trumps performance."

"Lack of opportunities for advancement, management is slow in getting projects for you, one must bootstrap and get the projects yourself."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Need to be more proactive with employees to generate more loyalty and really treat them better than just cogs in the wheel. Too much turn around. Company cannot retain employees for too long."

"They go through a lot of lay-offs."

"BAE Systems in Wayne, NJ had a good range of skill and opportunities. I was able to learn a wide range of technologies within the time I was there and am thankful for all the opportunity I was allotted."

"Don't be nervous and come prepared."

"I don't dislike BAE Systems. Their Cafeteria could use some work though."

"I suggest that management try to focus their attention on the individual skills of each employee since their skills sets increase very quickly. Many times, the managers do not know their people's skill sets."
