"The people and the sponcers for each race that back badlands for the Full Moon race series events. People drive from all areas of the U.S. in hopes of placing high enough in the race to qualify for nationals."

"The work is very seasonal, with downtime. The people, sponcers and owner are great to work with. They also need to have a outgoing personality to work with all types of people."

What don't you like about working at Badlands Motocross?

"Lack of consistent work, It is very seasonal the track has to close for weather in the winter or for rain, It is not consistent and the owner has to cancel his races from time to time."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"To open for the riders during off times, Keep ahead of the competion with being open more often. Update the website for riders and sponcers to have easier access and eye catching."
