The communities that they serve really have excellent resources through BACR and the cultural diversity is well represented. What don't you like about working at Bay Area Community Resources?
"They are working on organizing and removing bugs. Sometimes om that you can overlook the positive resources that are within your reach. It takes time and once organized they can continue to expand and grow."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Conmtinue to respect the individual and you will thrive. Times are changing and so are people in thought, mind, soul and feelings. Move with them, understand them, be open to understand various types of loyalty and utilize the talents of all who come to the table. Train all to have a listening ear and a motivated heart. Stand behind your employees so that they feel confidence to move forward. Saving contracts are not as important as salvaging great employees."
