"I've worked at Backyard X-Scapes for some time. It is very clear they do not care about their employees at all. Most of the workers are underpaid and overworked. The workplace setting is disgusting. Bugs, stains on the carpeting and walls, obsolete computers, junk everywhere, leaking ceiling when it rains, and dead landscaping.There is no upward mobility here despite the fact you have out performed your original job description. No promotions!"
