"What I don't like about working with this company was the security of my work. The reason being that I am employed as a freelancer, and when the owner wants to stop web project my job ends as well."

"Communication is very important. With out good communication a company will never succeed. Make sure at least one person is able to communicate with everyone. Project Management."
