"Babcock Laboratories values work ethic and grants recognition and growth opportunities to its committed employee owners. I started working with Babcock Laboratories as a temporary HR Assistant. I was covering for an employee's leave of absence and within a month I was hired on to a permanent position in Accounting. I began learning new accounting tasks while continuing to cover for HR and I ended up successfully maintaining dual roles with the company earning the Employee of the Year Award for my first year of employment there. I quickly progressed further, even covering for my CFO's leave of absence which included preparing and presenting financials at her Management and Board of Directors meetings. Babcock Laboratories is an excellent place to work and has earned the Top Workplaces award for the past two years in a row!"
