"Shortly after being hired, I was informed that in the near future the company was going to relocate and possibly downsize."

"There is no training for advancement nor any mentoring. Micro-managing is holding the employees back from advancing. People work there for 20+ years in the same position."

"Hire an outside agency to come in and revamp the management vision."
