"I don't like scrutiny, I need more independence in my work. I am quite competent and less supervision fosters innovation and growth and satisfaction on all ends."

"Less scrutiny and more recognition"
"My first year I was Rookie of the Year, fourth year Salesman of the Year, Aesculap split my territory by 2/3s without justification. I continued to excell, signing the Largest PCMI(Procedural Cost Managment System) contract for 2007, B Braun reorganized Aesculap and my position was eliminated as a cost savings measure."
What do you like about working at B. Braun Medical?
"I loved selling in an Operating Room Environment. I really had a great group of customers. I like the ability to make an income based on my performance."

"Convince them that your past successes would be reproduced in your new position."

"I didn't appreciate the degree to which they verbally obused me at times, the loads of work I was assigned to do over weekends, evenings and holidays."

"Watch out for the management of B Braun."

"Senior Management was corrupt and regularly practiced unethical behavior."

"As a contractor it would have been inappropriate for me to express my concerns to upper management. Plus it was well known amongst the workers that to do so would have negative ramifications."

"There is no training for advancement nor any mentoring. Micro-managing is holding the employees back from advancing. People work there for 20+ years in the same position."

"Be profrossional and personable. Also, be ready to describe why they should choose you over someone else for the job."

"Shortly after being hired, I was informed that in the near future the company was going to relocate and possibly downsize."
