"No room for promotions, and when you do try upper management doesn't support your decisions, they won't assist you in paying for any schooling that can help the company, and they rather hire someone outside the company than promote you."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Give your employees the oppourtunities to grow with the company, don't just settle for head count."
