What do you like about working at Azusa Pacific University?

"I enjoyed the fact that there was a lot of room for your own ideas. As a research assistant, you got to design your own algorithms and test them against special cases to see how they worked. This was great because it was both challenging and allowed for one's own creativity."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"If your looking to learn something about computer science or sensor networks, then this would be the job to apply for. The interview process is not to difficult, just dress professionally and be confident!"

What don't you like about working at Azusa Pacific University?

"They don't always hire the most qualified staff. As an example, when hiring tutors, they will hire students with little programming experience which does not help the students that need the extra help to understand class material."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"The management needs to be a little more selective through their hiring process. It would also be beneficial if they gave employees more firm guidelines and schedules. Overall, the work environment seemed to unstructured."
