What don't you like about working at AYSO?
"For a volunteer position, there was so much extra work, telephone calls, local meetings, conferences across the Nation and numerous meetings at the National Office."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"The National Support and Training Center needs to be more proactive and be more involved in much of the work they put on the Section Directors, Area Directors and Regional Staff"
What do you like about working at AYSO?
"It was wonderful. I love to play soccer since I was very young, I still play the sport up until now. It was an incredible experience working in the job that I really like. I did not get paid for what I did, it was a volunteer job."
What don't you like about working at AYSO?
"I don't dislike American Youth Soccer Organization. I would love to go back to AYSO if I have an opportunity to do so."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"I trained youth and middle school athletes soccer foundation. Maintained sportsmanlike conduct. Organizing the team and planning strategies before matches. Wonderful experience."

"Always a busy place...hardly any dead time."
What don't you like about working at AYSO?
"Pressure of management to get work done within the alloted time period, then when you start rushing, they complain about how you did the job...worker is in a no-win situation."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Don't be so hard on people who are slower in getting their work done...they may have problems with regions who don't know how to do accounting!"
