What don't you like about working at Ayoka?
"-Lack of structure-No clear duties-Too many projects given to interns who have no idea what they are doing (This is where the learning comes in. You have no choice but to try and keep up)-No training-No management present-CEO sits in meetings on the computer and says nothing, useless-Too many expectations from students with no PM background-Lack of respect for client's time, meeting always start late because CEO is never around-From what I could tell over half of the workforce was students"
