"Worked in Axiscades and their main client is Caterpillar. It is good to work as an agency person in Caterpillar for a couple of years. As the contractor is considered as a flexible workforce, when the downturn comes, Caterpillar will let go of their flexible workforce. Axiscades will also let go of their employee as soon as the project is over, immaterial of the number of years that one has contributed. It is good only for a person who is starting their career to learn and then leave."
