"If you can find a job where the facility pays well and understands the work life balance go for it because Axis is not the place for you"

What don't you like about working at Axis Health System?

"The administration is lacking. They politely dismiss any ideas from their employees as well as having expectations that don't fit the job description."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"To treat their employees better. Don't have a drawing where all upper management wins the big prizes and the rest of us get 5 dollar coffee cards. We werent born yesterday and anyone with an ounce of common sense can see that the drawing was fixed. Not to mention the way the PTO is handled. They need to understand that their employees have to have a balance between work and their personal lives. Taking paid holidays out of our PTO time is not exactly a paid holiday especially when we have a paid holiday almost every month."
