"Management has no respect for personal time, including vacations and holidays. Technical staff are ignored when it comes to technical decisions making it a frustrating place to make any minor let alone significant improvements to the base product."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Listen to your technical staff and start treating R&D with respect. They are fighting to improve your product!"
