"During the interview process ask questions about how they develop software Ask to view a requirements document written by product management, after seeing this you will not want the job."

"They don't take the time to spec anything out and document the details!"

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Have the development team take some extra time to write down the details so we know how the software is supposed to work and can test it correctly."
