"I've worked here for a couple of years. The office is quiet--it's small and there's not a lot of us there, plus most of the time people are busy doing their jobs and we don't have a lot of customers going in and out. Sometimes we get Chick Fil A or a pizza and the office has lunch together. Work is pretty fast-paced, but that's fine since it makes the day go by quickly."

"Employees at this company have a great deal of autonomy to get their work done. There's not a lot of micromanagement going on. As long as you're using your time well and doing the job to quality standards it's basically a hands-off get your work done environment."
