"Horrible company morale; management team is not motivating nor do they spend company funds efficiently; many unqualified employees running the company; issues with product and service."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"They need to learn how to delegate and to hire qualified management employees; they need to understand that a product shouldn't be sold until it is ready and the commissions are a contract and they should pay us what they say they will which rarely happens with this company."
