What do you like about working at Avue Technologies?

"I enjoyed solving the many software problems that Avue provided during my employment. The work was engaging and fun and at the same time it was satisfying seeing users appreciate the software solutions provided that made their lives easier. There was quite a bit of freedom to come up with my own unique solutions."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"Prepare well and be ready to answer questions. But this company burns through people so quickly, they're happy to get new bodies."

What don't you like about working at Avue Technologies?

"The management was unforgiving. One tiny mistake and one began to fear for ones job. This fear ultimately led to me leaving the company despite the work being incredible fun."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Relax. Retain very skilled individuals and do not burn them out. Build a good team and keep them motivated. Do not overwork them and punish them when they get tired from overworking."
