"I worked at Avox Systems for almost 5 years. I was hired in the inspection area but when the company downsized I was bumped out of inspection even though I had taken and passed the certification test. Three of the inspectors there failed the certification test but remained in the inspection dept. because Avox is a union shop and they had more seniority than me. Whenever they needed help in inspection I was bumped back up for however long they needed my assistance."
